Dear Mr. Angelo Butera,

We wanted to mention to you that our Superintendants Lois & Ken Rea are the best people I ever met. Very dedicated to their position, working side by side and also transformed the Glengarry Apartments @ 645 & 625 Glengarry Blvd., into a beautiful place - You should be proud of them, I am. If we have any problems, they always respond immediately. Their gardening abilities are next to none and I watched them both this summer in very hot days as you know, working outside. Sitting on my deck I also watched Ken wash the windows of the entrance at 645 Glengarry, everyday! Lois and Ken also always remember every one at Christmas with a Christmas card and some goodies. I respect them deeply. You must be very proud of them and I know you are. Thank you.

I wanted to write a quick note to tell you a bit about my experience living at your building at 255 Bold St, Hamilton. In particular, I wanted to mention that I beleive it has been a good change for the building having Christine as the building supervisor.

Christine is committed to having a quiet, professional and clean building. I often see her working late hours and have always found her available and approachable. I find the building very clean and I appreciate that she puts in the time to ensure it stays clean throughout the week.

I also deeply appreciate that tenant choices are made with the entire building in mind. My neighbours have been very lovely people that I have enjoyed living next to.

I would also like to mention that Christine is much more attentive to fire safety than the previous supervisor. She is consistent in testing the fire alarm system and has worked hard to have a clear and feasible fire plan.

I appreciate all of Christines help that has been offerend to me here, her flexibility and her attention to the building.
