It is with regret I have to leave the Baseline Apartment Complex but wish you to know I heartily thank you for the *5 star accommodation experience my tenancy was. Nicole, Brian and Deborah worked tirelessly every day to see each and every tenant received a comfortable, clean, hassle free and friendly environment. I personally cannot say I have enjoyed living somewhere else more and trust me I have lived in a few places. I felt it only prudent to share my accolades. They are due to these 3 individuals. I’ve recently rented an apartment at 47 Memorial Drive in Brantford. Having not lived in an apartment in 25 years I was surprised & delighted at how well taken care the apartment was, being so clean & newly painted. Even the bedroom closet & linen closet were painted and the kitchen cupboards too were clean. The bathroom as well was spotless. Rick & Rose are very hard working, helpful and courteous. Even the laundry room sparkles and it is a joy to do laundry. The building itself is also well taken care of and the elevators are always clean. I’m so glad to rent from a company who takes such pride in the “super” and I shall be here for a long time. My experience here has been delightful. Well Done, Rick & Rose. We wanted to mention to you that our Superintendants Lois & Ken Rea are the best people I ever met. Very dedicated to their position, working side by side and also transformed the Glengarry Apartments @ 645 & 625 Glengarry Blvd., into a beautiful place - You should be proud of them, I am. If we have any problems, they always respond immediately. Their gardening abilities are next to none and I watched them both this summer in very hot days as you know, working outside. Sitting on my deck I also watched Ken wash the windows of the entrance at 645 Glengarry, everyday! Lois and Ken also always remember every one at Christmas with a Christmas card and some goodies. I respect them deeply. You must be very proud of them and I know you are. Thank you.
