The Ministry of Coffee

The Ministry of Coffee has two distinct locations to choose from. The small and cozy original space ( 279 Elgin Street) opened in 2013. It’s a great spot for a quality cup of coffee. The second location, in Hintonburg at 1013 Wellington Street West, features a bigger seating area and it’s own unique vibe. This location has a fully stocked whiskey bar and serves local beer and wine from 11 am. Small plate service begins at 6 pm,and coffee service continues until midnight. It’s a great spot for a coffee and a treat in the morning (try the peanut butter and jam cookie) or an evening drink with friends.

This is the kind of place you want to hunker down with a book on a rainy day. It’s only about 10 minutes from Baseline Court (1785-1815 Baseline Road) .
