Panoramic Properties Inc is looking for Cleaning Technicians to join our Wallaceburg team.
The successful applicant will be responsible to complete the janitorial requirements, must prepared to maintain good client relations when on job sites, as well as maintain proper communication with the Manager for daily progress and updates.
Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
- General interior building common area cleaning
- General unit cleaning during move out/move-in schedules
- Light exterior building cleaning
- Seasonal window cleaning
We are looking for both full time and part-time team members in good physical condition with the ability to work unsupervised and as a team with the best interests of the company, having a valid driver's license. The successful candidate must be familiar with common cleaning chemicals and products as well as WHIIS standards, have good organization skills and the ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner.
