Panoramic Properties Inc is looking for Resident Manager positions for large building in Sudbury as well as other cities in Ontario to join our team.

The successful applicants will be responsible for on-site service issues, repairs and building maintenance. Must be able to maintain good client relations with tenants and subcontractors attending the building, clean police report necessary, and be able to live on site.  Competitive wages offered.

Duties to include, but not limited to, the following;

- Minor plumbing experience

- Minor electrical experience

- Cleaning

- Rent collection and depositing

- Be presentable and polite and comfortable in dealing with tenants
