Panoramic Properties Inc is looking for a Resident Manager at our Riverview Towers apartment building located at 750 Wallace Street, Wallaceburg.
The successful applicant will be responsible for on-site service issues, repairs, and building maintenance. A positive attitude is required as you will responsible to maintain good client relations with tenants and subcontractors attending the building.
A clean police report necessary, and we ask you to live on-site as a unit will be provided. Competitive wages offered.
Duties to include, but not limited to, the following;
- Minor plumbing experience
- Minor electrical experience
- Cleaning
- Rent collection and depositing
- Be presentable and polite and comfortable in dealing with tenants
