Two Ways to Partner With Panoramic Properties
Our Agent Referral Program gives real estate professionals the flexibility to choose how involved they would like to be in the leasing process. Whether you simply connect a client with our team or remain involved from the initial showing through move-in, there is a compensation option available.
$500 Referral Payment
Know someone looking for a rental home? Send them our way and let our leasing team take it from there.
With the referral option, you connect your client with Panoramic Properties and our team handles the leasing process, including viewings, application support, required documentation, lease preparation and move-in coordination.
Once your referred client successfully completes their move-in, you can receive a $500 referral payment, inclusive of HST.
You make the introduction. We handle the rest.
One Month’s Rent Commission
Want to stay involved throughout your client’s rental journey? Agents who actively participate in the full leasing process can qualify for a commission equivalent to one month’s rent, inclusive of HST.
This option is designed for agents who work alongside our leasing team throughout the process, including:
- Attending and assisting with the property showing
- Helping your client complete their application and provide the required documentation
- Supporting your client through deposit, payment, utility and tenant insurance requirements
- Remaining involved through lease signing and move-in
- Attending the move-in, unit condition inspection and key release with our leasing team
Once the leasing process has been successfully completed and your client has moved into their new home, the applicable commission payment can be issued.
How It Works
1. Refer Your Client
Complete the agent referral form and provide us with your client’s information and rental needs.
2. Choose Your Level of Involvement
Send us the referral and allow our leasing team to manage the process, or remain actively involved alongside our team from showing through move-in.
3. Help Them Find Their New Home
Our leasing team will work with you and your client to identify available Panoramic Properties rentals that fit their needs.
4. Get Paid After Move-In
Once your client successfully completes the leasing and move-in process, you will receive the applicable referral or commission payment.
