Panoramic Properties Inc is looking for a Service Technician to join our Sudbury team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for on site service issues, repairs and building maintenance. Must be able to maintain good client relations when on job sites as well as maintain proper communication with the Manager for daily progress and updates.
Duties to include, but not limited to, the following;
- General building maintenance
- General repairs
- Troubleshooting and handy-man repairs
- Drywall repairs, paint touch-ups
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical experience required
- Minor carpentry experience required
We are looking for a team member in good physical condition with the ability to work unsupervised and to make decisions that are in the best interests of the company with a valid driver's license with clean drivers abstract. Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner a must. Competitive wages offered.
