Recently and in the past I have faced a disturbing personal issue connected with my apartment living. In both cases I was treated with dignity and respect and each issue was handled discreetly and satisfactorily.

I am so grateful to Cristina Visan and her kind attention and her ability to resolve these issues.

The regular care taken to keep the building and grounds clean and groomed is impressive.  It is very obvious to me that the Panoramic Property Managers care about the tenants and properties...and are given the finances and mandate by their superiors to make it happen.  During the last couple of years, there have been some wonderful cosmetic upgrades in the form of plants outside, freshly painted hallways, new lighting in the stairs and hallways, new fence surrounding the property, .... and many more things that don't come to mind now

In the world today, people complain big time when things go wrong but often don't say anything when things go well. Today, I need assistance on a couple of issues with Panoramic. Both Deb and Jim came through like champs. Really appreciated how quickly my concerns were addressed. Thank you so much.

I am a tenant at 44 Humber Court and I moved from Niagara Falls to Sudbury in July. During my apartment search I met a wonderful lady named Paula Cook, she really took care of me and helped me find the place which I will like. She is one of your employees which I am thankful for. Sudbury is a beautiful and the people are very nice. Thank you

To Whom it May Concern, I just wanted to give a special thank you as well as compliment the hard work of my now Resident Manager, Jezebel, and Superintendent, Roger, at the Panoramic Properties' Baseline Court Apartments located in Ottawa. They have made my move-in process smooth, welcoming, and an overall pleasant experience. Not only was the apartment in pristine condition, but they have been available to answer all of my immediate questions and address any of my concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I am thrilled to be renting with them for the next while and do not plan on relocating until I am ready to purchase a home. Their kindness and helpfulness exceeded beyond my expectations and I wanted to ensure head office was aware of their efforts. Kind regards

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for giving me a great place to live this past year. I moved in under unfortunate circumstances and both the staff (the property manager, the ground keepers/maintenance/cleaning crew and Jim) and the other tenants have made this place my home. I will be forever grateful for that and would highly recommend Westgate Village as a safe and pleasurable place to be.  While I am excited for this new beginning, I am sad to say good-bye to the people that I have met along the way. 

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Panoramic Properties and the men who worked in the cold weather for getting the lawns cleaned up in St. Catharines. Thank you so much for cleaning up!
