The past 15 months have presented unprecedented changes and challenges to our personal and professional lives. Indeed, it’s not the same world as it was a little over a year ago. The pandemic is still very much a part of our lives, but there is now light at the end of the tunnel. Daily confirmed case numbers continue to fall as vaccination rates continue to climb. There is reason to be cautiously optimistic. If we all continue to be vigilant, to look out for each other and ourselves, the world could change for the better – in a very short time.
For many of us, this past year or so has been a time to reflect, take stock, and if we are very fortunate – to grow and move forward. With so many changes and challenges, Panoramic Properties wants to take a moment to update you on where we are now. We have met and even overcome many of the challenges that have been presented. We have focused much more on virtual tours, we have hired new team members, acquired new properties and completed new construction projects. Here is where we are now.
Panoramic Properties acquired several new properties over the past year:
Niagara Falls Apartments
Colborne Court Apartments is a 49-unit, 3-storey building located at 3815 Portage Road in Niagara Falls. Renovated 2 bedroom suites are currently available, starting at $1799.
We also acquired 6289 Mcleod Road, Niagara Falls. This 39-unit building offers 1-bedroom 1-bathroom, 2-bedroom 1-bathroom, and 2-bedroom 2-bathroom suites that range from 550 to 848 square feet. Schedule a viewing now.
Our new townhouse complex at 889 Chestnut Crescent in Sudbury offers 72 2-bedroom suites. Some of the suites feature walkouts. The building’s amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor parking and in-suite laundry.
Our newly acquired property at 258 West Street in Brantford offers 65 units, including 1-bedroom, 1+-bedroom, and 2-bedroom suites that range from 794 to 956 square feet.
Panoramic Properties is proud to announce that we have pierced the Atlantic bubble and acquired our first property in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia. The 50-unit building at 3569 Dutch Village Road is only 2 years old. It is located in the Fairview neighbourhood in the city’s West End.
It features indoor and outdoor parking, granite kitchens and a huge walk-in closet in each master bedroom. The building offers 1 and 2 bedroom suites with some units offering an additional ensuite bathroom.
In addition to acquiring existing properties, Panoramic Properties also has several property development projects in the works this year. A 29-unit building at 6479 Montrose Road in Niagara Falls was completed. These luxury 1 and 2-bedroom suites feature laminate floors, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, European-inspired kitchen design and much more. We are currently developing two other properties. Our two-building community at 5971 Dorchester Road in Niagara Falls was recently featured on NiagaraThisWeek.com! Availability is scheduled for the fall of 2021. We also have a unique property in development at 1755 Regent Street in Sudbury. The building features fully renovated, furnished bachelor suites (350 square feet). The open-concept suites also come complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

With so much going on, we found that we needed to make a move of our own!
Since Panoramic Properties’ inception in 1995, with a single apartment building in Niagara Falls, we have called the city home and we will proudly continue to do so. Our new address is 8485 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario.
The landscape and layout of the business office have transformed rapidly over the past year. Our new space reflects this new reality and how we work today. Every employee at Panoramic Properties will now have their own office. Our new space includes several conference rooms where we can meet and collaborate with our teams and clients in comfort and safety. The new 32,000 sq ft of space also includes an attached warehouse with plans to create an on-site fitness facility.
It has been a year of challenges and triumphs. With the rapid growth of Panoramic Properties, our goal, our vision and our integrity remain steadfast. Our team of dedicated professionals remains committed to the quality and service our clients and residents have come to expect. Panoramic Properties’ commitment to creating beautiful, affordable and comfortable places for people to call home remains unchanged. Our residents are the most important people to us.
